After I wrote my review I was pleased that Lifestyle Home Appliances customer services rang me to apologize for the problems I had uncounted with this order and did indeed give me a goodwill gesture of £30. Well done Lifestyle Home Appliances for looking after your customers. 5* from me now. 🙂
I ordered a dishwasher and arranged a date/time for delivery. The day before it was due they sent a text to say they didn’t have any in stock & were waiting for a delivery from the manufacturer. 🙁 I said I was willing to wait a week so rang the following Saturday and arranged a delivery for the following Monday. On the delivery day I was waiting in during the allocated 4 hr time slot only to receive a message to say it had been delivered. It hadn’t so I spent the next 30 mins trying to find out where my dishwasher had been left (apparently there was a photo with the dishwasher on someone’s doorstep). Eventually the van arrived and the dishwasher was delivered and the old one collected. the driver said that there had been a computer error!!

The 2 delivery guys were amazing, very friendly, considerate & helpful. If this is the standard then the company is doing something right. Give the 2 guys a huge shout out, they need it. It makes their job a little better and worth while. A company needs people like this as these are the only face customers see.
