My mother bought a new cooker and freezer. She is elderly and the service provider made sure that she was safe. When he had to open her kitchen window to burn off the chemicals in the oven, he called me to make sue I’d go and close the window for her because she can’t reach it.
Everything was unpacked, rubbish taken away, old fridge freezer taken away, cooker was installed.
She didn’t have to wait too long from ordering to delivery.
