I had a very frustrating experience with a faulty Panasonic TV (model TB-43W61AEY) that developed intermittent software issues just weeks after purchase. Panasonic refused to resolve the problem promptly, and the repair process was slow and unclear.
Thankfully, Lifestyle Home Appliances stepped in when I escalated a complaint. The agent I spoke to on 13th March was particularly helpful, listened carefully, and took ownership of the case. They arranged for the faulty TV to be collected, and a full refund is now being processed.
The process took longer than I would have liked, and my partner had to chase updates along the way, but in the end Lifestyle Home Appliances ensured the issue was resolved. I appreciate their persistence and proactive support where the manufacturer failed.
Overall, a good experience with Lifestyle Home Appliances, but the timeline could have been faster.

I only occasionally leave reviews, but I’ve received such exceptional assistance from Chris(?), Jordan and Ellie at Manchester Lifestyle Home Appliances customer services that I felt compelled. Their knowledge, willingness to assist, along with an innate understanding of what a customer needs is a rarity now and made for a truly enjoyable purchasing experience. All delivered with genuine Northern warmth, which is always a joy to be on the receiving end of. Please never outsource customer services elsewhere! This is what brings customers back every time, myself included.
Our new Smeg cooker was delivered and installed without a hitch. It was a true pleasure to meet Jason and Billy, who navigated the narrow steep steps and twisting and turning doorways with good-humour. They made sure our cooker was up and running properly before they left. I would say, this is the best installation of an appliance that I’ve experienced.
The cooker was secondary to all this. When customer care is this good, people can buy with confidence, knowing if they have issues that they will be assisted. Thank you very much to all at Lifestyle Home Appliances – it is much appreciated.

The ordering process, delivery, and installation of the appliance was quick and easy. We mistakenly ordered an integrated fridge with the wrong hinges. A quick call to customer services soon rectified the problem, and we received our replacement within 48 hours. Both sets of delivery staff were excellent.
