Appreciated the emails keeping me informed and information about what I needed to do and what to expect. Informative updates received on delivery day. Appreciated being able to track the van and call from driver. Once here the appliance removal and installation was completed very efficiently and the driver tested the appliance and explained what to do next. Driver was polite and friendly.
