Firstly the shopping experience was great very simple. We had a issue with our first machine but the customer service was absolutely fantastic . Within 1 week new machine delivered faulty machine taken away . Cannot recommend them highly enough

Good communication through, gave a good indication of delivery time on the day Mornijg/ aftermoon so could still do bits and bobs not waiting around all day.
