Ordered 2 appliances. Both looked great externally, but the oven had a broken seal. Delivery drivers got in touch with customer service who spoke to the manufacturer to send out a new part + an engineer to replace and fit it, rather than leaving it all to me. 10/10 service.

Ordered yesterday late afternoon delivered today on time as told. Excellent service the delivery guys were good and put in the kitchen for me. Also removed the old machine free of charge. Other company had my money for over a month failed to deliver, rearranged for a months time and was very difficult to get a refund. Still not sure it’s been issued.
