Ordered a fridge/freezer website was easy to use. You have options which are priced so you know exactly how much you are paying at the end. I picked for the packaging to be taken off and taken away as its a nightmare disposing packaging when your bin only gets emptied every fortnight. I could choose my day. You are kept upto date from the moment of purchase. The day of delivery you are given a time frame and mine arrived in that time. The delivery men were friendly and really took care in delivering my item. Customer service was outstanding something which is very rare nowadays. I really recommend. I will definitely use them again when my next appliance needs replacing they make you feel valued as a customer. Don’t ever change it is refreshing to have good old fashioned care of your customer
