Had a washing machine delivered twice without extra charge ( as I am an Lifestyle Home Appliances member). 1st delivery couldn’t be completed because of a plumbing issue. They returned after plumber fixed the issue only to find a problem connecting the pipes, but they persevered and eventually solved the issue.
