The guys that delivered were like “a well oiled machine”. Placed the new item in the house, unwrapped it, carefully wrapped up the packaging they took away together with the old appliance, all in a matter of a couple of minutes.

The delivery men were great, Infact they very delicately told me they thought they could smell gas in my apartment, and consulted me when they realised it frightened me. I could not smell it but called the emergency gas leak line and turns out I did have a gas leak! Can’t thank them enough for saying something and being so kind. Oh and the washing machine was delivered perfectly, no mess and ensured it was all working before they left. Very happy.
