The company kept us up to date with tracking. The driver contacted us to say how long he’d be. On arrival the appliance was carried through to the kitchen. We unpacked as arranged ourselves. Very pleasant delivery man who was happy to engage in cheerful conversation . Excellent service

The experience of purchase went swimmingly and would recommend Lifestyle Home Appliances without a doubt, from clicking onto the website to completing the order went really well along with the item being ready for starting its journey to me! Unfortunately my experience with DPD is catastrophic and it didn’t not disappoint once more. I received a message informing me of delivery and made sure I was available along with my wife for the Friday delivery, again as in previous experiences I received a message saying delivery had been attempted and the parcel will now be delivered the following Monday? What baffles me is both my wife and I didn’t hear a thing and better still we have a dog that barks at the slightest sound so I can only guess that they must have knocked on our door with a feather 🤬. I received the item finally on Monday and was delighted but DPD are way down the list of favourite delivery companies for me. However I would use Lifestyle Home Appliances again when the time is right. 🤷‍♂️
