Great service, ordered on Thurs delivered Sat, opposite to another retailer were I originally ordered (the same product) on Weds as they had a Fri delivery slot, was confirmed as I paid extra for an AM delivery, the next day it jumped to the following Weds, not great as I wouldn’t be available to accept the item.

When they finally came I received email and text updates re: expected delivery window.
The Delivery and installation chaps kept me up to date on expected arrival time, phoning me about an hour before their actual arrival time- which was very
helpful.
They delivered and installed three large kitchen appliances in a challengingly small space. They were very helpful, thorough and professional throughout.
I was given a full run down of how to use the gas cooker and when it would be ok to launch the fridge-freezer!
