This product requires hardwiring to a 45 Amp fuse and should be installed by a qualified installer, such as one of our Lifestyle Home Appliances experts.
I had a great experience overall with my washing machine purchase. Although the machine was initially delivered, it had to be taken back due to a plumbing issue at my property. I was advised to get the issue fixed and contact customer services, which I did.
As soon as I rang the customer service team, they were extremely helpful and arranged for the machine to be delivered again the very next day. I had received free installation and recycling of my old machine and the delivery team were excellent. They installed the machine professionally, removed the old one and thoroughly tested the new machine before leaving.
Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently and I’m very pleased with the service. I’m now looking forward to using my new washing machine.

Both guys were very polite and efficiently completed the job of disconnecting my broken washing machine and connecting my new one. Checked machine was working and checked for leaks etc. Parking was limited but they handled it well.
