Lifestyle Home Appliances website identified the item quickly and offered a choice of payment and delivery options. In order for a selected ‘before 10am’ early delivery, I paid Lifestyle Home Appliances an extra £12.00. The DPD delivery did not finally arrive until 6pm. The DPD communication was very unhelpful – its last update to me, gave a delivery time of 12pm (next day).
Lifestyle Home Appliances customer service apologised and refunded the free delivery without any hassle. The transaction ended well.
