Ordering, delivery, installation and recycling including updates directly from the driver are excellent.
But the multiple telephone calls “checking” everything we’ve already completed via ordering and delivery is correct is poor. Repeated calls from “Unknown Number” or “Suspected Spam” needs sorting out. Your operator saying “I can assure you we’re not spam” really doesn’t cut it!. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
