The customer service is absolutely brilliant. I ordered a dishwasher via the website (so easy to use btw). Due to my naivety the Lifestyle Home Appliances worker told me it would be more complicated to install than I first thought.
He then gave me the customer service number. I rang them and a very polite and charming customer service agent very swiftly and easily processed the refund for me. No questions asked. I’ll get the money within 3 to 5 days. It was just faultless really really good.

The guys who came with the fridge were great, pleasant and efficient. They took the old fridge away for recycling, all in a matter of minutes.
I couldn’t afford to pay extra for a time slot, so had to get up at 6.30am and the fridge didn’t come till about 4.20pm. I was initially told it would come between 7 and 7, then later in the day that it would be between 12.30 and 4.30pm. Although there was tracking information , this didn’t seem reliable as the number of those getting a delivery before me went up as well as down. I do feel that the company could allocate a 2 or 4 hour delivery window the night before for free.

Good.product at a good price, driver and mate turned up at exact time specified, took old tumble dryer away and delivered a new tumble dryer and unpacked it and placed it in kitchen, great service.

Can’t fault them. Had what I wanted, for the price I wanted to pay, delivered & installed on the day I wanted, with the old tumble dryer disconnected and taken away. They even do a next day complete delivery / install / collection package. Its worth joining their Lifestyle Home Appliances 5* Membership, as the benefits more than pay back the cost of the membership fee.

I’m so impressed with Lifestyle Home Appliances. The pre-delivery information is fantastic so you are not left hanging about all day. The guys who delivered and I stalled were courteous, careful and considerate. They installed my tumble dryer in an awkward cellar and made sure everything was in working order before leaving. Remarkably this was all completed within 15 minutes!
