Twice I’ve purchased things from Lifestyle Home Appliances now. The guys were very approachable, respectful to my needs even when I just needed the washer/dryer moving about an inch out from where they initially put in it. TYVM Guys.

Poor service so far. We stayed in all day on Friday but the tracker showed the truck returning to the depot without any text or email updates. They did deliver our dishwasher the next morning, and the delivery men were pleasant. However the appliance does not work, and it is almost impossible to get through to LifestyleHomeAppliances.co.uk’s customer service centre – a huge list of options and then the phone cut out. Lifestyle Home Appliances were quick enough to contact me to sell me cover – which I’m going to need.

Further to this, a friend managed to fix the dishwasher (the hoses were kinked). I will note that LifestyleHomeAppliances.co.uk were quick to call me back yesterday and have offered to refund part of the service fee, so this is appreciated. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.

The website is easy to navigate to find exactly what you’re looking for, in my case an integrated washing machine. The information page about the product is thorough and left me in no doubt about making the correct purchase. I selected to become an Lifestyle Home Appliances member as it comes with unlimited free delivery for the year and other perks. I made a mistake when placing the order and selected an incorrect delivery date but I needn’t have stressed. I called the customer helpline and within a couple of rings was speaking to a human representative. I explained my error and they immediately changed the next day delivery I wanted, no charge, no problem, no time at all. After the nightmare I had experienced ordering directly from Hoover and trying to speak to a human at their customer services, this was refreshingly impressive. The next morning I received an email confirming my delivery slot and was given a courtesy call from the driver 30 minutes prior to arrival. The 2 guys arrived and within minutes had taken away my old machine and had placed my new on in my 1st floor kitchen. The small flight of stairs were no issue for them.
I will never buy electrical items from anywhere else again. They literally delivered
