Please make sure the delivery drivers have access to the work mobile and it is not blocked, this was very stressful for all when first delivery was attempted. All drivers were courteous and professional. First delivery failed due to fridge bottom left back corner damage apparent on closer inspection. Could only have been dead dropped from a great height via the pickers of a fork lift truck prior to being loaded in the van. Customer services professional, friendly and quick to resolve or offer compensation. They rescheduled a new one to be delivered two days later. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.

Delivery was on time, installers were polite, helpful, careful and handled the tight space of install (requiring several rejigs and bracket changes etc) patiently on the hottest day of the year. Made my day.
