Ordering went well, made two orders for separate days first went smoothly! The second delivery not so! The drivers who delivered, bless them tried they hardest to get my appliance in my house, with a struggle, I had to remove the front door to the house to get a bit more room, when eventually got it in they had damaged it! I phoned customer service who arranged a replacement for next day, which again was harder than it should’ve been!!! I won’t say anymore other than, words fail me!!
But the appliances look amazing and value for money! Can’t wait to get them in the kitchen and start using them!!!
I think the Lifestyle Home Appliances and their delivery drivers should have more time for difficult situations and be a bit more focused on the that! This would lead to a better outcome and less damaged items!
