    I have used A.O. for the last 8-10 years or so. I’ve always found them helpful and straightforward.
    Makes a big difference to one of the big High Street chains who tried to argue that a dishwaher with a bent door was “just dented” and I needed to “prove it would leak” rather than just replace it!! 2016 and that still rankles.

    Just such good customer service! They contacted us the day before with a slot, then on the day too. I got a call 5 mins before delivery and then they gave us the free unpackaging service and delivered the item right into our hallway. They even noticed I had my toddler with me and went back to the van to get him a little Lifestyle Home Appliances teddy – honestly so lovely 🙂
