I received great support selecting my products. The after sale call regarding extended warranty was welcomed but not pushy like many other retailers. The delivery was superb – next day, time slot received and a call from the driver when he was on his way. Delivery was quick and pain free with my appliances setup and running and no rubbish to get rid of. The membership is definitely worth it.
