First of all, had a telephone call stating what time slot, then about an hour had another fone call saying 10 mins away.The 2 guys were friendly, explained what he were doing. Took care in my property and placing the items in my ulitily room. Absolutely amazing guys. Also took the packaging which I requested. Thank you
