Although things didn’t go well on the original day of delivery and it was incredibly frustrating at the time, I really appreciate the way the situation was handled afterwards. Ben took the time to call me personally, listen to my concerns, and explain what had happened. That level of customer service genuinely made a difference.

Both guys were very friendly, phoned and gave time off arrival, brought items into house where we wanted them, excellent service.
