Great choice of products, easy ordering and delivery was really fantastic – great lads, so helpful and friendly and kept me in the loop with timings on the next day delivery.
The sales call about buying an extended warranty marred my experience- whilst he thought I would buy the warranty he was amenable and friendly and when I explained I didn’t want it, he virtually hung up on me and came across quite rude.
Shame he let Lifestyle Home Appliances down as up to that point it was definitely a 5* service.
