Two person team turned up to deliver the dryer we ordered, the female came in to collect our old dryer while the other driver got the new one off the van,
She was just going to drag the old dryer across our lino until I grabbed the other side of the dryer and gave her a hand out of the door with it. If I had of let her do what she intended to do this would of damaged our flooring which we have only just replaced after a previous delivery screw up (not this company).
It would of been better if they collected the old one together then brought in the new one.
