Good service, arrived in good condition in a timely manner

Turnaround was excellent from order to delivery. Decent product at a very good price. Very pleased.

However, initially given a 4 hour delivery slot which started before 8am, then this was narrowed by the delivery team to between 8 & 9am. This was still fine but at the latest I needed to leave the house to take my wife to work. Unfortunately the delivery team were later than they had stated and my wife had to alert her boss to rearrange her work pattern for the day. Being fair, I get it, a seemingly earlier task takes a turn for the worse or traffic becomes a problem. But, when the delivery team cannot keep to their own stated delivery window, they should be open to accepting the next customers call, as they have that information at hand. I tried to contact them by phone and WhatsApp to discuss rearranging a slightly later time in the day, but this did not work! Maybe food for thought to improve this area of communication perhaps?
