I got a delivery today from simba for a mattress and the two gentleman said I would receive a text so I could leave them a review but I never received one! I thought I’d come on here instead and write one because they were fantastic! I didn’t get their names unfortunately but they were brilliant! They called me 20 minutes before they were due to arrive at my address so I could pop home during work to receive my parcel. They brought it into the house for me as it would have been too heavy for me to carry myself and even said hello to my dog 😅 they were both lovely gentleman and I really appreciated how happy and friendly they were! I hope this somehow gets back to them because I’m extremely grateful for their efficiency, kindness and efforts. Good job to both of them, it’s nice to see happy people for a change and they truly made my day so thank you!
