Kept informed from the dispatch process, was told the time slot, the two guys took all the packaging away and the old unit can’t complain at all

The dealings with LifestyleHomeAppliances.co.uk – ease of website use, ordering and prompt delivery – were all very good. Unfortunately, the contracted courier let you down badly, really badly. The package was left in a public hallway at the flats. No attempt was made to contact us (we were at home) and no attempt to bring the package up to our front door on floor 3 (lifts available. I went to retrieve it but found it too heavy to lift. I am 79 years old with a respiratory condition and I struggled to push the box along floors and into the lift and into our hall. Technically, he did not deliver your consignment – I finished it off for him and it nearly finished me off!
The courier company should undertake more training with drivers as to what it means to deliver parcels properly.

The Delivery people are brilliant. Makes all the difference when making a large on line purchase. Over the last few years we have bought several items and every time delivery has been excellent.
