Honestly what an amazing company. I’m always weary of using big brand names but Lifestyle Home Appliances have gone above and beyond for me with a real personal touch. I dont often leave reviews but I feel I had too.
First of all I made a mistake of ordering the wrong washing machine and even after using it once they filed a return and got a new delivered the next day. The lady on the phone was so helpful.
Second of all after receiving my new washing machine after a few washes it didn’t seem right. I called again and spoke to another lovely man who organised the manufacture to come round and assess.
After his assessment they said I need a new washing machine and the next day Lifestyle Home Appliances delivered it again.
And a word for the delivery drivers- super friendly and super helpful. Our latest delivery driver also saw I had a 2 year old son and got out an Lifestyle Home Appliances teddy bear for him.
Overall great company, personable service and great service.
