This product requires hardwiring to a 16 Amp fuse and should be installed by a qualified installer, such as one of our Lifestyle Home Appliances experts.
I cannot praise the customer service too highly. The saga of getting our cooker has had several problems including snow blocked access road, wrong electrical supply and a commercial gas meter that needed a specialised engineer to cap. Throughout, the HQ staff and engineers have been friendly, polite and helpful. It has been a pleasure to deal with Lifestyle Home Appliances. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.

The delivery was on time, we had messages ahead of time to give us the delivery window and the driver contacted us to confirm exact time. Got rid of our old cooker and brought the new one in, in no time. Also, we live on a very narrow lane in the Lake District, which was no problem for the delivery van.
