I received helpful text updates for tracking, followed by a courteous call from the delivery driver letting me know their location and estimated arrival time—just 15 minutes later, my order was at my door.
From start to finish, the process was handled professionally: ordering online was seamless, customer service reached out to confirm my details and ensure everything was correct, and they were incredibly helpful throughout. The delivery drivers were especially considerate and accommodating, which I greatly appreciated as a vulnerable adult. We are extremely satisfied with the service we received today. The two gentlemen who delivered our washing machine were excellent from start to finish. They called ahead to let us know they were on their way and provided an estimated arrival time, which was very helpful as it allowed us to prepare in advance.
They carefully unpacked the appliance and carried it upstairs without any issues. Throughout the whole process, they were polite, professional, and very friendly. As a lovely surprise, our children even received a teddy bear as a gift, which made their day.
Overall, a fantastic experience — thank you very much!

Ordering process for our dual fuel cooker was fine and the delivery/installation was efficient. But on day 1, all the electrics failed. Despite the 30 day consumer act rights, Lifestyle Home Appliances divert you immediately to manufacturer Belling. Their first appointment was nearly 2 weeks later. Plus the date given on phone was input incorrectly so had to go into their system and change it online.
However, the Belling engineer found the fault – an installation wiring issue – and also fixed one of the hob gas knobs which was sticking and had come off. He was efficient and helpful. Lifestyle Home Appliances then rang me and compensated me for the inconvenience which was decent of them.
So fingers crossed all will be well now.
