I already own this product…….and decided to buy another for my grandson and partner, who now have their own home.
Perfect gift for them as I am so Happy with my product.

After placing my order and making payment I later received a phone call saying the item was out of stock. I said I was disappointed and requested a refund. This certainly doesn’t happen as quickly as the initial payment is taken from my bank account. I phoned to see how long this would take and was told no refund until the item was returned to the warehouse?? Strange statement if it was out of stock. Even more strange is that the item was actually delivered today. Doesn’t fill me with much confidence if I were to order something else in the future unfortunately.
Following the phone call I received this morning from Lifestyle Home Appliances I feel I must say my confidence has been restored with the company in the professional way they dealt with my experience and have no doubt I will continue to purchase from them in the future.

Ordered night before and came lunch time the next day and great communication from when I ordered and delivery
