E-mail the day before delivery as a reminder, text message from Lifestyle Home Appliances day of delivery with time slot and call from delivery staff saying when the anticipated arriving. Friendly delivery staff worked extremely hard to ensure delivery, even in 2nd floor small flat. Had an issue with what I ordered. Called customer service (UK based) who resolved the matter within 5 minutes (waiting time was short as well). No fuss. Thank-you Lifestyle Home Appliances !
