Ordered our Hotpoint washing machine by phone. The lady was very nice. We chose an all-day delivery and received a text at 6.30am giving us a four hour slot for delivery and then tracked to enable us to prepare. The delivery guys were super nice. We were expecting it to be difficult as our plumbing is in our cellar (old house) but it was absolutely no trouble. Quick, efficient and we’re delighted!
