All good…there was a leak from my washing machine, but I called the installer, he came back straight away. It was the pipe on wall in my flat wasn,t fixed properly. Was nothing to do with washing machine ,just the pipe on wall.
The men were very polite and proffessional

Bought an American style fridge, and they delivered, unpacked and took away the packaging and our old fridge.
The dropping of a star was for failing to deliver on the first attempt.
They did deliver on time the next day, and I was compensated for the error, but i do feel they could have told me earlier in the day – I didnt get the email until well after our time slot had expired.
