Delivery booked for friday, got a phonecall at 6:30pm saying it wasn’t getting delivered on that day due to driver running out of driving time, so had to wait till Monday. Only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 is because delivery was nice and early on the Monday and the guys delivering it were great. Lost a day’s work for the friday as had to take time off to wait for the delivery. Should have been reimbursed for the free delivery, but was never offered.
EDIT – After our phonecall earlier, Lifestyle Home Appliances have now refunded our free delivery and also gave us a voucher to use in the future. Now went from 2 stars to 4 stars. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
