The website is clear and the pre-delivery communication was excellent – clear and sent only when necessary rather than the mass of emails that others sellers send.
The information about the delivery was clear and relevant. The two delivery staff were excellent – polite, professional and explained why I had to wait 2 hours before turning it on. They were also scrupulous in ensuring there was no mess.
