First off, can’t fault the delivery team, they were excellent, struggling through bad weather and muddy terrain to deliver 2 appliances. However, as with other deliveries from Lifestyle Home Appliances, despite selecting disconnectin, removal and disposal of packing and the old appliances during booking, the team weren’t expecting this. Better communication needed and more time should be allowed for installations.
