Before ordering It was easy to speak to a human being who answered my queries immediately and accurately.
After completing my order and paying, several hours later I called again to see if I could cancel a chargeable service I had originally selected. This was done over the phone without any issues.
Delivery was exactly as promised, I received a text very early on delivery day giving me a 4 hour time slot, later the driver rang telling me he’d be arriving in about 2 hours which he did.
There was nothing not to like about the whole experience,I won’t look anywhere else for any future appliance purchases.

The 2 lads that brought my new fridge/freezer were great. Very polite and clean and tidy workers. They installed the fridge in for me, checked it was working OK. Before they left they asked me was there anything I wanted to ask them before they left.
