I received excellent tracking information so had a good idea of when they would be coming, within the 4 hour window. They rang before arriving, so I knew they were coming. The 2 guys were very friendly and made an excellent job of getting my old dishwasher out of my very strangely shaped flat and up the outside stairs, as well as getting the new one in. They ran full checks to make sure it was working and left the place neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend getting the recycle and connect package, especially if you get membership with it.
