We also paid to have the old taken away and the new plumbed in. This is where we were let down.
Unfortunately when the chap tried to disengage the old machine he pulled the sink waste pipe away from the sink. I ended up having to buy a new u bend and fit it otherwise would not have been able to use my sink.
So star rating reflects the inconvenience rather than the dishwasher.
Update: After, my review, I spoke to Tamara from customercare/services and an agreement was reached. I am happy that this matter is being resolved to my satisfaction and have now adjusted the star rating accordingly.

You took the 2 orders and amalgamated them into one delivery.
You called the day before an then called 30 minutes before arrival.
The appliances were wrapped and so protected well, but I have not inspected them yet. Need to maintain the protection until installation.
However, they refused to deliver into the house, because they would not handle the appliances past the scaffolding. Pity.

The service I have received was fast and reliable. The delivery team were friendly approachable and had my washing machine up and running within 30 minutes.
All round a great service from start to finish.
