I had ordered the incorrect appliance and I can’t praise the Lifestyle Home Appliances delivery team and customer services enough for compassionately understanding the error and sorting out the correct model and redelivering. Sadly, this level of service is so rare these days! Many thanks.

The overall experience from speaking to customer service advisor to delivery was exceptional. Customer service was fantastic. Delivery times again was exceptional as items were required urgently. Delivery mem were very courteous and polite can’t fault them. However, I think you could improve on hour delivery times. Free delivery is 7am-7pm or if you wanted a morning it was 7am till mid afternoon. Basically you have to take a day off from work for your free delivery option or half a day for your other delivery times. I think delivery could be a lot more flexible as I had free delivery and my items were delivery after 2.30pm on the afternoon

As Lifestyle Home Appliances members we had a discount, free delivery and our old hob was taken away for no additional cost. We are happy with our new hob which has a range of useful features for a reasonable price. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
