I nearly didn’t use Lifestyle Home Appliances as my first experience at checking price matching for a Samsung 65” TV led me speaking to an agent in South Africa – hence the 4 star rating! They gave me inaccurate information as it transpired on a second call that they hadn’t switched to another retailer UK to compare prices and could only reduce their price minimally. Thankfully I decided to make a second call as I couldn’t find the product price provided by this first agent on another retailer UK, this time I spoke to Mathew in the UK who couldn’t be more professional and helpful. He could see the first agent hadn’t switched to another retailer Uk and did price match Lifestyle Home Appliances’s TV saving me £150! Then he spotted that their website wasn’t deducting a further 15% £127.50. Through his efforts I got a top range Samsung TV and Soundbar for a fantastic price, truly a Win-Win for both customer and Lifestyle Home Appliances. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
