Our fridge freezer broke unexpectedly, so we needed a replacement fast. Ordering from Lifestyle Home Appliances was incredibly easy — the website was clear, detailed, and simple to use. I placed the order around midnight (00:05 on Thursday morning) and got a call from customer service that morning to run through delivery details.
The delivery itself was outstanding. The fridge freezer arrived at 7am on Saturday, and Daryl and Steve were absolutely fantastic. They unpacked it in their van, & brought it up to our flat and took the old one away — all in about 10 minutes. They were really nice guys, genuinely happy in their work, and just made the whole experience feel even better. I told them how impressed I was with how smooth and quick everything had been, and they said Lifestyle Home Appliances is a really good company with strong values. You don’t often hear employees speak so positively about their workplace, and it really confirmed why the service felt so seamless. Thanks Lifestyle Home Appliances and of course Daryl & Steve!
