There was a plastic shelf missing from my fridge. Initially it was extremely difficult to get to talk to anyone. However when I eventually managed to do so, the agents were very polite and helpful. In fact much to my surprise and delight they sent the spare part out by special delivery. Thank you for that.
If anyone else has anything similar happen to them, perhaps try ringing 03443249222 & maybe you can by- pass AI and speak to a human person. It takes so much stress away to be able to voice your concern directly to a human being, instead of a robot. Thanks again Lifestyle Home Appliances for sorting the problem out.
