The goods we ordered are great, the delivery was good as well as the 2 lads that delivered the washing machine and the tumble dryer.
I paid for disconnection and reconnection, it wasn’t until after I had paid that you stated that your guys would not touch anything that was hardwired, thankfully in this case both had plugs and sockets.
The Tumble dryer was installed, thankfully I was watching as the vent hose was not connected. When I asked about this I was told that they didn’t fit them. The Tumble dryer was removed from position and I then fitted the vent hose.
Your website needs to be more specific prior to charging for disconnection/installation. Anyone who wouldn’t be able to this would have been left high and dry
