The delivery and connection guy was great- very respectful of my home; very polite and obviously skilled. His helper was a lady who was also very respectful. Well done to them for carrying the washing machine in and one out. The only reason not 5 stars is because delivery was past the end of the delivery window, limited English and small mess left in cupboard – water and water on kitchen floor. Otherwise great!

Easy to order online. I had to phone to get confirmation and Luke who answered the phone was very helpful and got it sorted very quickly. Goods get delivered very quick as well. Although I did not have to use it, I like the Price match promise. Will definitely use again. Reason for 4 stars is because not happy with delivery company.

From the moment I ordered my product customer service was brilliant. They let me know each step of the way for delivery by txt, email and phone calls. Delivery staff were very friendly and efficient. Within half hour of them delivering and connecting I had my first load of washing in the machine. Very happy with service and product.
