Communication has been first class. Informed when goods were dispatched and further information received regarding DPD delivery and contact number requested. Up to date information provided in relation to secured sheltered housing complex and accessing my residential flat. Received information in relation to delivery drivers name and expected window for delivery. Everything has been first class from beginning to end. Recommend both Lifestyle Home Appliances and DPD for their service.

The two man delivery team were happy and friendly. I had asked for a disconnection service but one of the men explained that as the electrics were hard wired into the wall, they couldnt do it but left me an extra long hose for the water after checking the distance to the cold water pipe. They took all the packaging away as part of the service I had ordered and must have relayed the electrical issue as soon as they left as I had a call from customer services within 10 minutes explaining everything again and checking I was happy and a refund for disconnection was issued. Excellent service.

The only thing wrong was that i had to pay for next day delivery.
