From the moment I phoned customer service / info option for advice to the moment my Amica Electric Cooker had been installed, everything went so very well. I found every member of A O Staff that I have spoken to very courteous,very knowledgeable and very helpful. The 2 A O Gentlemen that have just now installed my cooker were brilliant in every way and it made my ‘shopping experience ‘ with A O a pleasure . Really friendly delivery team, called ahead but I missed their call, so I called back and professional, easy to hear and just really easy to discuss parking options with. Asked all the right questions and my little one received a lil Lifestyle Home Appliances bear 🙂
Tenant very happy with the fridge freezer purchase, was also nice to hear that they did not get so many complaints with that particular brand. Took away some electricals that I had been wanting to get rid of but don’t have a car so that was really really helpful. Followed the delivery easily on the app so that I could ensure I was available.
