The engineers rang to let me know they would be with me in 25 minutes which they were. Both very polite and courteous. Minimum mess and no disruption. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with the service.

After receiving a delivery window for the afternoon, I received a call from the drivers who gave me a 2 hour window, which suited my circumstances better, much appreciated. Delivery arrived on time. Installation and unpacking was done efficiently and with care. All round a good experience.
