Very efficient service

I didn’t expect that service will be so nice, professional and informative.

My washing machine had broke – I needed one very quickly and decided to buy new one. When finally choose washing machine that I really like it was not available in any common shops like another retailer, or another retailer. I could order it to be delivered in around 2 weeks, which of course wasn’t a deal for me, as laundry already was piling 😊. When go an Lifestyle Home Appliances website, they could deliver chooses model in 4 days. Amazing. And later it was even better. Day before delivery they called to make sure all will go smooth, and offer insurance. Then on day of delivery driver called me and give 1h window (even if on website saying it’s 4h window) so I was really pleased. At the end when 2 gentleman’s arrived, they very quickly unloaded new one and take old (as they offer that service as well). I’m very positive suprise of all service. Highly recommend. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.

The company have been great.. service has been outstanding and the delivery and installation guys were courteous, helpful, efficient and tidied up before they left. I would highly recommend Lifestyle Home Appliances and will definitely be using them again.
